Brokers.

and restates sales offerings prepared by Selling Brokers so the financial projections
more realistically reflect the propertys potential.

sales data and net operating income to determine the true value of the property.
- Advises
our client of the strengths and weaknesses of a property.
- Uses
our underwriting and due diligence services to put our clients in the position
to make a well informed investment decision regarding the acquisition of the property.
