  • Analyzes and restates sales offerings prepared by Selling Brokers so the financial projections more realistically reflect the property’s potential.
  • Analyzes sales data and net operating income to determine the true value of the property.
  • Advises our client of the strengths and weaknesses of a property.
  • Uses our underwriting and due diligence services to put our clients in the position to make a well informed investment decision regarding the acquisition of the property.
