There are very few reasonably priced properties available in today’s market. It is in everyone’s best interest that a client pursues only those assets that closely meet his parameters. If a client becomes known as a “shopper” rather than a “closer”, or as “a tie them up, then beat them up” buyer, his reputation may spread quickly and other Sellers may be less likely to deal with him.
