  • We have a track record of delivering properties at below market prices. Our last five closings average $8,498 per unit below the Sellers’ asking prices, and $8,875 per unit and $10.40 per square foot below comparable sales.
  • We focus on properties that are not on the market, and therefore, attempt to circumvent the bidding process that often occurs with widely marketed properties. We use unsolicited offers to owners of properties we feel are underperforming. Our expertise is to recommend to our clients the implementation of the necessary renovations and improvements and thorough effective management techniques in order to turn neglected properties into strong performing assets.
  • Arizona is an extremely unique multi-family market that has wide ranging variables between each sub-market. Year after year, we observe out-of-state buyers who enter this market only to overlook major nuances unique to Arizona, and ultimately end up making a very poor, and in many cases, a very costly investment.
